These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of our skincare products through our website.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors where necessary. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order where reasonably possible.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable or where there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available on our website at checkout.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
5. Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.
We dispatch your order via Tracked 48 after dispatch, subject to courier delays and circumstances outside our control.
Free delivery is available on orders of £50 or more. Orders below £50 may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
Customers will receive delivery or tracking information where available.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Where an order is successfully cancelled within this 24-hour period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched. However, you may still have cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer law.
7. Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return period for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must remain in its original packaging and condition.
- The product must be returned with any original packaging and accessories where applicable.

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the return meets the requirements of our Returns Policy.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and accepted.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs where the return is due to a change of mind.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, different rights may apply.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@tallowcow.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or concerns about using a particular ingredient, you should review the ingredients carefully and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
